Naturally there is always the possibility of unforeseen occurances on our site, such as technical problems, family emergencies, blackouts, natural disasters etc. Should that be the case, we will contact you as soon as possible and your points will be refunded, if it is not possible or not wanted by the student to switch to another teacher.
